I felt the hotel was simply lovely, with steps down to a stunning marble bathroom featuring a huge bath and comprehensive toiletries. The spa facility being open to hotel guests before day visitors offered quieter moments in the treatment rooms. However, in my opinion, this is more of a 4-star than a 5-star hotel.
